1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Agents of Output, a Synextra company ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These are website terms only. Any services we provide to a client — including the design, build, and operation of AI agents — are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this website forms part of that agreement unless it says so in writing.
2. Information on this site
The content of this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional advice, and worked examples or figures shown on the site are illustrative. We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time without notice.
3. Booking a discovery session
Booking a discovery session through this site creates no obligation on either side. Discovery sessions are free, and any subsequent engagement proceeds only under a signed agreement as described in section 1.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — including text, design, graphics, and the Agents of Output name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, or distribute site content without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the site's operation; or
- scrape or harvest content or data from the site for commercial purposes without consent.
6. Links
Where this site links to third-party websites — for example our scheduling provider or our parent company — those sites have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. The site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or secure.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the site, and our Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar technologies.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the site.
