AI Solutions For Business

AI solutions for real business bottlenecks.

AI agents that take repetitive work off your team's plate. We design them, build them and run them, so the finished work is the only part you see.

What It Is

Agents, built for one job at a time.

An AI agent is software designed for one repetitive process. It picks the work up when it appears, runs through it the way you'd run through it, and hands back a finished result.

Most jobs in a business have a shape: something arrives, gets checked or worked through, and gets sent on. That shape is what an agent does for you. Senior engineers build it around the specific process, on infrastructure suited to governance-led businesses, and we run it once it's live.

You don't operate the agent, you don't manage it, and your IT team doesn't support it. The finished work is what reaches you.

What Agents Can Do

Some of the jobs an agent could handle.

Nine examples below, across different industries and different parts of a business. If your process isn't here but the pattern is (repetitive, rules-based or document-heavy), it's worth a conversation.

Accountancy

Engagement letters

Drafting an engagement letter from scratch eats senior time on every new client.

  • Picks up the new client record
  • Drafts the letter from your firm's templates and the agreed scope
  • Flags anything that needs a partner's judgement

The result

Half a day of senior time back per new client.

Financial services

Mortgage application checks

Each incoming application needs the same standard checks before it can move forward.

  • Reads the application
  • Runs your standard checks
  • Passes it on, or returns it with what's missing flagged

The result

Hundreds of applications cleared in the time it used to take to handle a dozen.

Insurance

Claims first review

Claims handlers spend most of their time on routine paperwork rather than the cases that genuinely need a person.

  • Reads the claim and validates the documents
  • Checks them against the policy
  • Straightforward claims move on, the rest come to a handler

The result

Handlers on the five complex cases, not the fifty routine ones.

Finance ops

Supplier invoice processing

Accounts teams reconcile hundreds of supplier invoices a month, matching purchase orders and approvals by hand.

  • Extracts the invoice data
  • Matches it against purchase orders and contracts
  • Routes it for approval, or flags it as an exception

The result

Thousands of invoices a month, accounts seeing only the exceptions.

Legal

Contract review first pass

First-pass contract review eats paralegal time on issues a playbook could catch.

  • Reads the contract
  • Identifies non-standard clauses against your firm's playbook
  • Surfaces what needs a partner's attention

The result

Twenty contracts reviewed in the time it used to take to do five.

Customer ops

Complaint triage

Complaints arrive across channels and need categorising, prioritising and routing before anyone can respond.

  • Reads each complaint
  • Classifies it by type and severity
  • Routes it to the right team with a draft acknowledgement

The result

Same-day acknowledgements, even when volume spikes.

Banking

AML alert review

Transaction monitoring generates alerts faster than analysts can clear them, and most aren't genuinely suspicious.

  • Reviews each alert against your rules
  • Gathers supporting context from records
  • Recommends a disposition with reasoning

The result

Thousands of alerts cleared, analysts focused on the dozens that matter.

Manufacturing

Goods-in checking

Inspection paperwork has to be checked, logged and matched against orders before stock can move.

  • Reads the inspection record
  • Matches it against the order and logs it in the system
  • Deviations flagged for a human eye

The result

Stock cleared the day it arrives, not the morning after.

Healthcare admin

Patient referral triage

Inbound referrals need reading, classifying and routing before a clinician sees them.

  • Reads the referral
  • Extracts the clinical and admin detail
  • Routes it on against pathway criteria

The result

Hundreds of referrals routed a day, with no admin bottleneck.

Who It Is For

Industries we focus on.

We focus on businesses where the work has to stand up to scrutiny: governance-led industries where consistency, audit trails and accuracy aren't optional extras. Eight sectors specifically.

See the accountancy page
03

Banking

Onboarding, AML, transaction monitoring and complaint handling, mostly for challenger and mid-tier institutions.

See the banking page
04

Financial services

Mortgage processing, KYC, regulatory reporting and the document-heavy work between firm and customer.

See the financial services page
05

Insurance

Claims processing, underwriting support, policy administration and complaint handling.

See the insurance page
06

Manufacturing

PO processing, quality and inspection paperwork, supplier communication and goods-in documentation.

See the manufacturing page
07

Healthcare

Referral processing, appointment management, discharge letters and patient triage support. Admin and operations only.

See the healthcare page
08

Recruitment

CV screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate comms. The agent does the screening, a person makes every hiring call.

See the recruitment page

If your sector isn't listed but your work involves volume, governance and process discipline, you're in the right place.

Pricing

Priced per output, not per project.

01

Finished output only

You don't pay us for a build project or for software licences. You pay for finished output, and only for finished output.

02

A refundable commitment

Each engagement starts with a refundable commitment per agent. It's returned in full if we don't deliver the agent to the spec we agreed.

03

Billed per output

Once the agent is live, you're billed per output: each finished piece of work it produces. If an output doesn't meet the standard we agreed, you're not billed for it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Where should we start?

With a free Agent Discovery Session. Thirty minutes, no obligation. Bring a process you've got in mind, or just the sense that AI should probably be useful to your firm somehow. We'll help you work out where an agent would make a difference and where it wouldn't.

How does an engagement actually work?

We scope the process, build the agent around it, plug it into the systems you already run, and operate it once it's live. The build is engineered, not configured: senior engineers, custom logic, prompts and evaluation criteria designed for your case. Once it's live we run it, retraining it as your process changes.

How is this different from buying AI software?

Software is something your team has to learn, operate and maintain. We do all of that on your behalf. You don't see a dashboard, you don't manage a tool and there's nothing for your IT team to keep running. What reaches you is the finished work, not the machinery that produced it.

How long until an agent is live?

It depends on the process: how many steps it has, how much judgement sits inside it and how clean the rules are. We scope that before quoting anything, and there's no rate card. The priority is getting the agent right before it goes live rather than hitting an arbitrary date.

What size of firm do you typically work with?

Mid-market and smaller, mostly. Challenger banks, building societies, regional accountancy practices, mid-sized law firms, specialist insurers. Firms with real process volume but without an internal AI team building bespoke tools.
