Most AI services build and
walk away. We design,
build, and run.
Three phases. The risk sits with us until the work starts paying you back.
Free to you
Nothing is paid in this phase. The £5k commitment comes at the gate into Build.
Discovery. Process mapping. A scoped, priced spec. No commitment, no obligation, no cost to you. Some calls end with a clear yes. Some end with a clear no. We're fine with both.
What actually happens, not what's on the policy doc.
Some workflows aren't worth automating. We say so.
Scope, timeline, per-output price, acceptance criteria. Before you commit a penny.
Process map becomes priced specification.
Our cost
Your £5k commitment is paid entering this phase. Miss the spec, it comes back in full.
Senior engineers. Isolated tenancy. Tested against the spec you signed. The £5k commitment is paid going into this phase, refundable if we don't ship. Everything else is on us.
No juniors. No offshore body shop.
CCH, Sage, Wildix, Dynamics, Salesforce. If it has an API, we connect to it.
Acceptance criteria are the bar. We don't ship until the agent clears it.
Engineering, integration, testing. At our cost.
Pay when live
No new commitment. From here you pay per output, and only when it ships.
Live agents. Per-output billing. Continuous improvement included. The bill arrives only when the work has shipped.
One invoice. Line-itemed. No output, no charge.
Tuning, retraining, prompt refinement. Included.
Monitoring, incident response, model updates. We run it. You read the outputs.
Live, billed only when shipped.
Three gates between a call and a bill.
Nothing advances on goodwill. Here's what has to exist before the next phase starts.
A signed, priced spec.
Scope, timeline, per-output price, acceptance criteria. Signed before a line of engineering starts.
Design runs two to four weeks.
The agent clears the acceptance criteria.
Tested against the spec you signed, in our environment. It doesn't ship until it clears the bar.
Build runs two weeks to three months, depending on integrations.
Live, on per-output billing.
Outputs ship, invoices follow. Continuous improvement included.
Ongoing. Billed only when outputs ship.
The contract is the proof.
Anyone can claim accountability in a pitch.
Here's where the risk actually sits.
If an output misses the spec, it isn't charged. Remediation is on us. Contractually.
"We don't get paid if it doesn't deliver. That changes how it gets built."
£5k commitment per agent. We invest the engineering on top. Miss the spec, get it back. All of it.
"Our skin in the game is the engineering. Yours is the £5k. Both are refundable if we get it wrong."
Built for the
audit committee.
Whoever's signing this off, the agent's reasoning is logged, reviewable, and defensible.

Every input. Every step. Every output. Every prompt. Every version. Logged.
Where policy requires sign-off, the agent presents. It doesn't act alone.

What buyers ask
before signing.
How long does each phase take?
Design: two to four weeks. Build: two weeks for simple agents, up to three months for complex integrations. Your specific timeline lands in the priced spec at the end of phase one.
Do we need internal technical resource?
No. Infrastructure, integration, prompt engineering, ongoing operations. All ours. You'll need someone to approve acceptance criteria and review outputs where human-in-the-loop applies.
Where does our data live?
Isolated Azure tenancy we manage. UK residency available. You own every input and output. Full audit trail, exportable on request.
What if we want to leave?
36 month minimum. End of term, full export, all outputs, documented handover. No lock-in. No exit fees.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes. Working proof of concept during design phase, at our cost, against your real scenarios.
What happens if our processes change?
Tuning and refinement included in the monthly fee. Material changes get scoped separately, same design-build-run pattern.
Who actually does the work?
Senior AI engineers. Employed by us. UK-based. No body shop. No juniors learning on your project.
A straight answer on
whether an agent fits.
We'd rather lose half an hour than build something that won't earn its keep. If an agent doesn't fit your process, we'll tell you. If it does, we'll show you exactly how, what it'll cost, and how fast it'll ship.
