1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how this website, operated by Agents of Output, a Synextra company, uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, store small amounts of data in your browser for the same kinds of purpose. UK rules on these technologies are set by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) alongside the UK GDPR.

3. What we use

This site is deliberately light on tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

• Strictly necessary storage. We use browser local storage to remember small interface preferences — for example, that you dismissed an announcement bar so it stays dismissed. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Scheduling (third party). The booking widget on our discovery page is provided by Calendly. When it loads, Calendly may set its own cookies to make the booking flow work. Those cookies are governed by Calendly's own privacy and cookie policies.

We do not currently run analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers also let you clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean small preferences are not remembered, and blocking third-party cookies may stop the booking widget from loading — the discovery page includes a direct link to book without the embed.
